Please make sure you are entering your account name as user name and not the authorized email address registered for your account.
Our system will send an email to the default email address you entered upon the creation of your reseller account. This is also the mail address where you receive the automated events. Please click on the link in the message you've received to set a new password for your account.
Please bear in mind the requirements for your new password: It must be at least 8 characters long and should include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character.
For the OT&E account, you can set a new password from your LIVE Account settings page.
Please click on your account name in the upper right corner -> Passwords & Security -> Search for
