The following error message in red might be displayed in some situations when you try to access your Control Panel:
You have entered an invalid username or password.
The three most common scenarios are:
Wrong username
Please make sure you are entering your account name as user name and not the authorised email address registered for your account. IMPORTANT: If you have created additional user names, you have to append the username to the account name, connected by a colon (:). For example, accountname:username, as shown in the screenshot below:
Also, for additional user names to have access to the Control Panel, the option Rights required for control panel usage must be activated explicitly, as described at the bottom of this article.
Wrong password
Please make sure you are entering the right password for your account name. In case you would like to reset your password, please use the following link:

Please note that your new password must be at least 8 characters long and should include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character.
Rights Required for Control Panel Usage
For the additional user name to have access to the Control Panel, the corresponding permissions must be set first. This can be done from the Users list.
Click on the user name:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on the button Rights required for control panel usage and click on Save Changes.
You will also notice in this page the granularity of permissions that you can set for each individual user name.
