- Registration numbers

Safe to pre-fill:
- Technical details
- Standard administrative information
- Common domain additional fields
Bulk Domain Expiry Date Sync
⚠️ Important: Use this feature only if instructed by your registrar's support team.
This feature synchronizes domain expiry dates between your registrar and WHMCS database. It only updates the expiry date information in WHMCS and does not affect the actual domain status at the registrar. This is particularly useful after migrating from an older module version that handled expiry dates differently.
The bulk sync works with multiple registrar modules including CNIC, ISPAPI, IBS, TPP, and Moniker.
How to Use
- Go to Addons → CentralNic Reseller Configuration
- Click the "Bulk Expiry Date Sync" tab
- Choose your options:
- Select registrars (CNIC, ISPAPI, IBS, TPP, Moniker)
- Filter by domain extension or search for specific domains or TLD-specific domains.
- Click "Start Sync"
- Watch the progress bar and wait for completion
Tips
- Test with a few domains first before syncing many
- Run during quiet hours to avoid system slowdown
- Keep the page open while sync is running
DNS Zone Management
The DNS Zone Management feature allows you to view, filter, and manage all DNS zones in your CentralNic Reseller account directly from WHMCS. This tool helps you distinguish between internal zones (associated with domains) and external zones (standalone DNS zones).
How to Access
- Navigate to Addons → CentralNic Reseller Configuration
- Click the "DNS Zone Management" tab
- Click "Start Zone Discovery" to fetch all DNS zones
- Use the filter cards to view All, Internal, or External zones
- Search and manage zones as needed
Key Features
- View all DNS zones with Internal/External categorization
- Interactive statistics cards for filtering
- Search and pagination for easy navigation
- View DNS records for any zone
- Delete external DNS zones (internal zones cannot be deleted)
⚠️ Important Notes
- Only external DNS zones can be deleted through this interface
- Internal zones are associated with WHMCS domains and protected from deletion
- Always verify external zones are not in use before deletion
Registrar Settings
The Registrar Settings section allows you to configure global renewal and transfer options for all domains managed under your CentralNic Reseller account.
Key Features
- Set how domains are renewed after internal transfers between accounts
- Choose account-wide renewal mode: Auto Renew, Auto Expire, or Auto Delete
- All changes apply globally to your reseller account and managed domains
⚠️ Important Notes
- Settings affect all domains managed under your reseller account
- Changes are applied instantly to your CentralNic Reseller registrar account
- Recommended: Use Auto Expire for best compatibility with WHMCS

- Click the "Contact Data Repair Tool" tab
- Enter the domain name and click "Check Domain Contacts"
- If registry handles are detected, click "Repair Domain Contacts"
⚠️ Important Notes
- Safe operation - does not affect domain functionality or DNS
- Works only with domains using the CNIC registrar module
- Contact support if repair shows partial success or fails
